Cinebye is a web-based discovery and streaming index. We provide an interface for browsing movie and TV show metadata (powered by TMDB) and embed third-party video players. We do not host any video content ourselves.

You may use Cinebye for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the service to distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs
• Circumvent any technical measures implemented by Cinebye or its third-party providers

4. Third-Party Content

Cinebye embeds content from third-party video services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, availability, or legality of third-party streams. Use of third-party content is subject to those services' own terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All movie and TV metadata displayed on Cinebye is provided by TMDB under their terms. Cinebye's own interface, code, and design are our intellectual property. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cinebye is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of the service or any embedded streams.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinebye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
