Cinebye is a client-side web application. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. The following data is stored only on your device via localStorage:

• Your chosen accent color / theme preference
• Playback settings (autoplay, default server group)
• Watch history (stored locally, never transmitted)

We use the TMDB API (The Movie Database) to fetch movie and TV show metadata. Requests to TMDB are made directly from your browser and are subject to TMDB's Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. We use localStorage solely to persist your preferences across sessions. You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings or the Settings page.

4. Third-Party Embeds

Cinebye embeds video players from third-party services (such as VidFast, VidLink, and others). These services may set their own cookies and collect data as per their own privacy policies. We do not control or have access to data collected by these third parties.

5. Analytics

We do not use any analytics or tracking services. No user behavior data is collected or transmitted to us.

6. Children's Privacy

Cinebye is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
