Our Position

Cinebye is an index and discovery platform. We do not host, store, upload, or distribute any video content. All media is streamed from third-party services and embedded via publicly accessible URLs. We are not responsible for the content served by those external players.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that content accessible through our platform infringes your copyright, please note that the content is hosted by third-party services, not by Cinebye. We recommend directing your DMCA takedown notice to the hosting provider directly.

However, if you wish to notify us so we can remove a link or embed from our index, you may do so by sending a written notice containing:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL on Cinebye where the infringing content appears
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your electronic or physical signature
